Ciao, I’m Mara. I’ve been living in Salento since 2019, but this beautiful region has held a special place in my heart for over 40 years. I’m originally from Switzerland, but at some point I realised that my heart truly belongs here, among the olive groves, the sea and the people of Southern Italy.

For many years, I worked as a Guest Relations Manager at a large campsite in Salento. That’s where I learned what really matters to guests: someone who listens, help when it’s needed and those little gestures that make all the difference. This experience continues to shape the way I work today – personally, warmly and genuinely.

As I speak German, Italian and English, I can help bridge the gap between different cultures. I’ll introduce you to places I’ve known for decades, share stories from everyday life and open doors to encounters and experiences you might never discover on your own.

My goal? For you to experience Salento the way I love it: full of warmth, authenticity and joy for life.
